SYSTEM4® Business IT Support
This contract covers 2 or more servers and 11 or more network attached PC's or laptops.
Our current System4 IT Support contract provides comprehensive cover for all network attached appliances with full on-site, remote and telephone support.
- Network Software issue that effect network attached clients and server[s], including re-installation of operating system.
- All hardware issue that effect network attached client and server[s], including fix of hardware and re installation of operating system and reattachment to network.
- All critical network and operating system software updates, patches and service packs.
- Daily 'health checks' for Microsoft Server[s] with proactive monitoring.
- Daily checks for confirmation of nightly back-ups with proactive monitoring.
- Monitoring [and updating if automation routine is available] of AV software.
- Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30
With this service we provide an ADSL2 enabled broadband router together with a VPN enabled SonicWALL hardware firewall appliance. These appliances facilitate secure remote access to your domain for daily server and workstation monitoring.
